Hello everybody, I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. WOW, so much to say..I just got back from LA since Thursday of last week..I attended a screening for a new TV Series that I have a small role in and it was very exciting to seeing all of the cast members.. I will also be writing some new songs to incorporate into the show, Yeah!! I know that GOD is at work in my life right now, because things are turning around. I am continuing to push my single "Love Don't Fail Me" feat Maino. I am gonna be working wit my boy Maino again for his new project real soon. Big shout out goes out to him again for his new record with Alicia Keys "Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart" feat Maino and the new street anthem " I'm Tryna Win" Feat Maino and Jim Jones.. Keep Hustling Maino cuz I know I am! I definitely wish my label would piggy-back my song on the back his new songs ! Oh well.. All I can say is hopefully I have my label's blessing and support in 2010. I Just gotta keep on pushing on my own and hopefully I will finally get that album date for early 2010. LA Week Update
Hello everybody, Sorry for missing my daily blogg yesterday, but things are really starting to heat up for me both musically and some acting. I will be in LA later this week (Thursday)attending a screening for a new TV Series on Showtime that I will have a small role in. I pray that I nail this role so that they can increase it to a bigger role or maybe even a main character. They've already confirmed incorporating some of my music into the show, Yeah!! I may also be shooting an interview on the Brian McKnight show while I'm in LA; just waiting on the clearance from my label. I know that GOD is at work in my life right now and I am very prayerful that it will all work out.
On the music side, I am continuing to push my single "Love Don't Fail Me" feat Maino. In fact I just spoke to my boy Maino and a big shout out goes to him for his new record with Alicia Keys "Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart" feat Maino. He is continuing to "Hustle Hard" and so am I. Holding On To One Of The Top Spots !
Hey Everybody, I am still holding on to one of the top spots. This week I am at the #3 spot as SRC Records' best selling web song on the lala.com website.(click link below to view)

I also moved up 4 spots on the R&B Best Selling Songs Chart, from #14 to #10. And once again, u must remember that this chart includes all other Artist from all other major labels but the big difference is that they all have major label push and budgets behind them.

Long Weekend
Hello everybody, I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! I have definitely been on my grind working on some new projects and writing and collaborating with other artist and producers on some upcoming projects. Speaking of that I am a little sad because I was supposed to be performing this Friday in NY at Gramercy Theatre with Ruthless Record's Stevie Stone and Royce Da 5'9 of Slaughterhouse on the "KOD TOUR". I am featured on both of their record's for their upcoming albums, however that show was cancelled. Stay tuned because I may be doing a few other cities with them. I'm keeping my fingers crossed with that and look forward to 2010 and the release of their albums and of course my own called "Pickin Up The Pieces"
In the meantime I am continuing to push my single "Love Don't Fail Me" feat Maino. I just did another interview with Hows My Rolling Radio and howsmyrolling.net. I gave kudos to my label President Steve Rifkind for taken a chance and believing in me. I talked about my place in the music biz and why the game needs me ..LOL! We need real artist and real singers back in the game and my urban appeal and my story will relate to every young woman in the "hood" across america and the world! As usual they were very impressed when I sang my song live for them. However, the ongoing question is always "when is the single gonna be available for sale and when is the album coming out." My Weekend Update
Hello everybody, I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! Sorry for missing my daily blogg yesterday, but I have been swamped with working on some new projects and writing and collaborating with other artist and producers on some upcoming projects. Stay tuned because 2010 is gonna be my year, musically and hopefully some acting; I'm keeping my fingers crossed with that.
